Cela permet de r\u00e9veiller son corps et se remplir d\u2019\u00e9nergie positive afin de bien commencer sa journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retrouver la confiance en soi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre corps et notre esprit ont une m\u00e9moire.
